We agree to provide you with a complete factory precision tune up and professional cleaning semi-annually described below for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment.

Technical performance tune-up procedures:

Test in heat cycle
Inspect heat exchanger
Test and adjust blower components
Test operation pressures
Test starting capabilities
Test operation of motors
Test and check safety controls
Inspect filters
Clean condensate drain
Clean and check condensing coil
Lubricate necessary moving parts
Calibrate thermostat
Check for proper air flow
Measure temperature difference
Check expansion valve
Inspect evaporator coil when accessible
Verify gas pressures
